Hi!
I’m a PhD student at the Max Planck Institute for Intelligent Systems in Tübingen, Germany. I’m part of the Social Foundations of Computation Department, where I’m fortunate to be advised by Moritz Hardt.
My research broadly focuses on fair and responsible AI, and on how deployed AI systems can adversely affect society.
In 2025, I was a Visiting Scholar at Harvard University, where I was hosted by Rediet Abebe.
Before joining Max Planck, I was a Research Scientist in the Responsible AI group
at Feedzai, a fintech startup where I researched and productized fair ML in real-world settings.
